How do I book a bus ticket?+
Select origin, destination, and date on the Bus Tickets page or home page, then choose from available schedules. Full booking is also available via the Budiman Mobile app.
Can tickets be cancelled or changed?+
Cancellation and rescheduling policies depend on ticket class and route. Details are shown at checkout and in the Terms & Conditions.
How do I book Travel Shuttle?+
Open the Travel Shuttle page, choose departure and destination cities, date, and passenger count. Available shuttle schedules will be displayed.

Budiman offers various classes including Premiere, First, Executive, and Business — depending on route and operating fleet.
Is baggage included in the ticket?+
Free baggage allowance depends on class and service type. Extra baggage may incur fees per counter or boarding policy.
