General terms

By accessing the Budiman website or app and making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Services are provided by PT HS Budiman 45.

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page.

Booking & payment

Prices, schedules, and seat availability are shown based on operational data and may change.

A booking is valid after payment is confirmed. Proof of booking must be presented at boarding per counter requirements.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies follow the ticket class, route, and booking channel used.

Passenger obligations

Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 30–60 minutes before schedule, carry valid ID, and comply with safety and baggage rules.

Budiman may refuse boarding if the ticket is invalid, identity does not match, or the passenger violates operational rules.

Limitation of liability

Budiman strives to provide on-time service but is not liable for delays due to force majeure, traffic conditions, or factors beyond reasonable company control.
